Winter/Spring:  Runs from January 2 through May 23 without a break (except for occasional meet weekends).

All participants must be registered with United States Masters Swimming for 2025 before attending the first workout.  See USMS registration button when you scroll down on our HOME page.  Just one unregistered participant voids insurance for all swimmers, coaches, and the facility.

ON LINE REGISTRATION

Exit this tab and scroll down the web page to the WINTER/SPRING GISC WORKOUTS button linking you to the county website for registration.  Make sure you choose the GISC options unless you are swimming most or all of your workouts on Sundays.  Then choose KSAC 1x a week.

IN PERSON REGISTRATION

You can also register in person at the GISC front desk, using a check or credit card.

MAIL IN REGISTRATION AND COST

Mail in registration is not available for GISC. 

Cost:  $170, 250, 300, 355, and 400 for once a week, twice, three, four and five times a week.  They will prorate this for you at the front desk if you join the session after January.
