Our week off at Lakewood begins Monday, March 30, and runs through Monday, April 6th. Winter/spring workouts at Lakewood then continue through May 22. Look for summer workout registration info in mid-to-late April. Summer workouts will begin May 24th at Darnestown (mornings) and Lakewood (evenings).

Three swimmers combined to set 4 new SCY team records at the Tropical Splash Meet hosted by Alexandria Masters in January. Stephanie Shneydman set the new W18-24 50y back record. Jenny Carswell set the new W50-54 200y fly record. Karl Wunderlich set two in the M60-64 age group: 200y free and 50y fly.
