2025 Solstice Meet Sponsorship Form

Why should you participate? On November 22, 2025 Germantown Maryland Masters Swim Team www.germantownmaster.org  will host the Twelfth Annual Solstice Meet at the Germantown Indoor Swim Center.  With over 1,800 members (aged 18-100+) in the US Masters Potomac Valley region and 40,000 members nationwide, this meet will likely attract 200+ local and national Masters swimmers.  Your sponsorship will not only provide your business exposure to these swimmers, but will also help the Germantown Masters Swim Team achieve its mission and promote healthy lifestyles.

How to participate? We will feature your advertisement in our meet program, which will be distributed to all swimmers and attendees at the meet.

You will also appear on the Germantown Masters website www.germantownmasters.org through November, 2026.

Sponsorship Levels:

Bronze Sponsor - $30 • One-quarter page advertisement (4 1/4” x 5 ½") in the meet program

Silver Sponsor - $60 • One-half page advertisement (5 ½" x 8 ½") in the meet program

Gold Sponsor - $120 • One-Full page advertisement (11” x 8 ½") in the meet program

Platinum Sponsor - $300 • One-Full page advertisement (11” x 8 ½") on the inside front cover or back page in the meet program
